Passive reception of Two-Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer (TWSTFT) signals from a geostationary satellite, or GPS upside down

Abstract

We explore the reception of signals emitted by
European time and frequency metrology Observatories
and broadcast by a geostationary satellite
by processing signals recorded from a consumer
television reception parabola using a software
defined radio.
